Editorial standards

Selection

Subjects are proposed by our editors, by readers, and by applicants. Every profile is assessed against the same criteria: demonstrable responsibility, a verifiable record, and relevance to the sector in which the subject operates. Our editors decline subjects who do not meet those criteria, and a fee does not alter that judgement.

Verification

Facts stated in a profile are checked against public filings, primary documents and direct interviews. Where a claim cannot be verified, it is either attributed clearly to the subject or removed. Subjects review their profiles for factual accuracy before publication; they do not have approval over editorial judgement.

Disclosure

Some profiles are produced through a paid editorial partnership. Those profiles carry the line “Editorial partnership” beneath the facts panel. The line is applied consistently and is never removed on request. Editorial partnerships do not affect the placement of a profile in our directory, and they do not entitle a subject to favourable characterisation.

Corrections

Corrections are made promptly and, where the correction is material, noted on the page. Write to governance@dubai-authority.com with the profile address and the disputed statement.
