This is reporting, not promotion. Dubai Authority spoke with executives, advisors and operators across the Emirates to establish what has actually changed — in mandates, in balance sheets, and in the daily practice of running a business here.

The pattern is consistent: institutions that invested early in structure are now converting that discipline into speed. Those that waited are paying for the delay in slower approvals, thinner margins and harder conversations with counterparties.
