Biography
Fatima Al Zaabi founded Women Leaders UAE after a distinguished career in public sector management. The initiative has mentored over 500 Emirati women into senior business and government roles. A recipient of the UAE Gender Balance Award, Fatima now advises multinational corporations on diversity and inclusion strategy across the MENA region.
